By measuring Heart Rate Variation in a way that is similar to that associated with an electrocardiogram (but far less invasive) we are accurately and scientifically able to measure the health of an individuals heart. Through our complex algorithm we can determine their ability to cope with stress. The photoplethisamgraph (PPG) used by Stressonhold is a complex wireless sensor which completes over 1000 individual biometric readings during a typical ten minute session, enabling us to calculate the individuals stress score against an index calculated by ourselves which itself is based upon comparisons with people within our large database of similar , age, sex and body type.
