Often the way that a Team Leader or Supervisor reacts when an individual first identifies that they have a stress issue can have a profound impact. Our seminar is designed to ensure that the response provided is effective and that subsequent dialogue with the individual remains positive ensuring that the individuals stress issues are resolved  quicker and with a greater degree of understanding on the part of the manager.

As  the title of the seminar suggests this is designed to provide the attendee with an awareness of stress to ensure that they are better able to manage any stress issues within their team. In the half day provided the seminar will provide the attendee with an introduction to stress, will explore the unique elements of the contact centre and will provide advice and guidance on the signs to look for.

 

Stress has both an emotional and Physiological effect on people and as a consequence the symptoms can be many and varied both physical and behavioural. The seminar will therefore provide a valuable insight into these symptoms enabling the attendee to more easily recognise the early inset of stress related issues.
