Once we have calibrated the levels of stress within your organisation and identified who within it, is most at risk, then we provide a range of services which are designed to support you in managing this risk. These services include additional software programmes, 1-2-1 consultancy and stress awareness training for the management team.
Stressonhold is also able to provide advice and guidance on techniques and practices which are known to reduce stress, we can do this separately, or alongside and as part of your organisations existing stress management programme complementing this programme to ensure that these resources are focused on the right individuals.
Our clients typically engage us in three distinct phases :
- The initial stress monitoring assessments which provide a true and accurate assessment of stress levels in the organisation.
- 1-2-1 discussions and further software based assessments with the individuals identified to determine the likely cause of the high stress levels.
- 1-2-1 consultation with the individual and if appropriate their line manager to identify practical steps that should be undertaken by both parties to address individual stress levels.
Our clients engage us in either one , or all of the above to assist them in managing stress within their operation Our service is based upon an initial 12 month term during which we ensure that stress levels are managed to either reduce absence & attrition levels, increase performance, enhance customer and employee satisfaction or simply to ensure that your organisation is meeting its legal obligation in respect of the duty of care of its employees.
