We accomplish this through the completion of a quick and easy ten-minute biometric assessment completed at the individuals desktop. During this assessment the individual continues to work normally ensuring that we record a true reading of their actual stress levels Our unobtrusive , biometric wireless sensor, (called a photoplethismograph), collects up to 1000 individual readings during each individual assessment . Our software then analyzes this information using our unique Heart Rate Variability (HRV) algorithms to determine the stress levels of the individual. The results of this analysis are then evaluated by comparing them with respective predicted values taken from our large normative database. This provides an assessment of the individuals stress levels in comparison with someone in a similar role who is of the same age and sex.
Once the assessment is complete the information collected is saved anonymously within our secure data centre. By separating the data collected from the individuals personal details in this way we ensure client confidentiality and adhere to Data Protection best practices. Reports are accessed by clients online through secure , password protected , procedures.
Our service provides you with simple, easy to read graphical reports clearly indicating current stress levels within the individuals in your organisation. This information allows you to compare and contrast individual, departmental and organisational stress levels to determine where a stress management solution would provide the maximum possible benefit to both the organisation and the individuals concerned.
Costs for the service are based upon the number of individuals invoked and the frequency of measurement. Typically these costs are around £ 120 per agent per year which is significantly less than 1% of the typical annual agent salary cost.
